Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not in love with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom products.
If you received a damaged or defective item, let us know ASAP, and we’ll make it right!
How to Start a Return
Shoot us an email at info@7oh-store.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you return instructions, including where to ship the item back.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or send out your exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider—it might take a few extra days to reflect in your account.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
If you’re returning for other reasons (changed mind, wrong size, etc.), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
